Order nu.: 48950360Place on 18/03/2021Today is 7/03/2021 the delivery supposed to arrive on 29/03/2021 at max. Until today there is no sign of the delivery and no one contacted me.
It was a very easy transaction to buy at Pro Direct Select, the shoes were dispatched really fast, only the delivery took some time (but thats because of the Brexit) but overall really good "experience" if you could call it that way.
Really slow delivery and poor customer service. Estimated delivery date should be 15th of January and today we have 28th of January and still did not receive my order. Instead of receiving my order I received several emails from you advertising other products and requesting a review of the whole shipping experience for a package that I still did not get.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of shoes to be delivered. I understand the circumstances atm. But 21 days and counting is ridiculous. Won’t shop here again
Considering the current situation around the world and the order was close to xmas the service was great and good prompt delivery cant fault company
The service was great, unfortunately the reshiping company that I used to get delivered to France lost my parcel :(Keep going guys, your website is brilliant !
The size didn't match the description of the size. The distance and cost of return means it is not worth returning. International delivery took over a month. Not accustomed to this delay in OS orders. Product looks ok........Chapter Two........It was impressive that Pro: Direct responded to this review promptly, offered small postage recompense on a second and reorder. The second order arrived very promptly yet Covid is still peaking in the UK. Keep safe our wishes from Australia are with you. Better lockdown and strain on businesses, now your strain is much more virulent. Merry Xmas and NY.
